- You need of Diced Sweet potatoe.
- Use of Diced carrots.
- Get of Diced red onions.
- Take of Chopped garlic.
- Prepare of Fresh Parsley.
- You need 1 of medium sized corn(precooked&cut in half).
- Get of Curry & thyme.
- Take of Salt.
- Get of Seasoning cubes (i used knorr chicken) *opt*.

Instructions to make Veggie soup:
- Heat up a minimal amount of vegetable oil in a pot..
- Add the onions and garlic and allow it to sauté for some minutes, add in the remaining veggies including the corn..
- Stir, season with maggi cubes, salt, curry&thyme, cayenne pepper..
- NOTE: use water instead of chicken broth if you've already added seasoning cubes..
- Add in your chicken broth or water, cover and allow to cook till the veggies are tender(especially the potatoes).
