  1. You need 1 kg of chicken cut into pieces.
  2. Get 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Use 5 cloves of garlic, crushed.
  4. Prepare 1 of finger sized ginger, sliced.
  5. Provide 1 of medium red onion, sliced.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of fish sauce.
