  1. Get of Vegetables you can like.
  2. Prepare 1 chopped of Carrot.
  3. Take 1/2 cup chopped of Cabbage.
  4. Provide 1/2 Chopped of Green Shimla Mirchi / capsicum.
  5. You need 1/2 cup chopped of Palak / spinach.
  6. Get 1 chopped of Onion.
  7. You need 2 chopped of Tomato.
  8. Get 2 tsp of Butter.
  9. Use 1/2 tsp of Kali Mirchi / black pepper.
  10. Provide 1/2 tsp of Red chilli sauce.
  11. Take 1/4 tsp of Soya sauce.

  1. In a pan put butter and add onion Fry for 1 min then add all the chopped vegetables and fry for 2 min then add tomato then add salt,kali Mirchi,red chilli sauce,soya sauce and mix well then add 4 cups water and cover and cook for 10 min then mash the vegatables lightly…..
