- Take of For Chicken broth.
- You need 500 GM of Chicken bones…neck,,back ribs and wings.
- Provide Half of big or 1 Small onion.
- Provide 4 Cloves of garlic with skin.

- Prepare 3 of chicken cubes.

- First of all make broth with mentioned ingredients… Cook with 4 glasses of water for 15 to 20 minutes on slow flame…and water will be reduced into half…means two glasses….
- Strain the broth in deep bottom pa and Then discard all the ingredient except carrot….shred the carrot and add in the soup or broth.
- Separate the Chicken threads from bones and add in the soup….
- Now add all ingredients of soup except corn flour….now add 2 glasses of water and bring to boil it and cook the ingredients for 5 minutes….then add corn flour solution in soup gradually…by stirring spoon constantly…..flame shud be slow.
- Now add beaten egg carefully…add in like thin strend of sugar syrup…….stir spoon constantly….cook for more 30 seconds….soup is ready…serve hot with soya, Chilli sauce…and sprinkle black pepper as per desire…..
