- You need 6 of fresh pepper diced.
- Take 5 of fresh tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 2 of Onions diced.
- Get 1 kg of diced prawns.
- Take 2 cup of diced chicken breast.
- Prepare 3 of cksp cooking cream.
- Take 1 tbsp of chopped ginger.
- You need 1 tbsp of curry powder.
- Provide 1 of cuo spring onion.
- Use 2 of cksp oil.
- Get to taste of Salt.
- Get cubes of Knorr.
Instructions to make Chicken and Fresh Prawn Creamy Sauce:
- Wash sea food and set aside; you can marinate with pepper, salt, oregano and little olive oil and set aside, dice chicken into small chunks and also marinate then set aside.
- Heat up frying pan, add oil. Once it’s hot add onions. Stir and add ginger and garlic.
- Pour in prawns into frying pan, then fry for about 3 minutes remove seafood from the frying pan, add the chicken and fry as well remove once it’s tender and set aside; then add pepper and tomatoes and fry for about 6mins.
- Add knorr cubes, salt, curry powder, oregano and stir. Stir in cooking cream and cook on low heat for another few minutes..
- Add the prawns and chicken, cook for about 3 – 5 minutes before adding the spring onion, turn off heat almost immediately and serve with your white rice or pasta of your choice.
