  1. Provide 3 tbsp of Olive oil.
  2. Get 250 gms of Potatoes.
  3. Use 100 gms of Onions.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
