- Add blanch mix vegetables, cashewnuts paste. Mix well..
- Add coconut milk, salt and simmer for few minutes. Ready to serve..
- To make appam… Heat appam pan, grease lightly with oil. Pour a laddleful of rice batter into it..
- Slowly rotate kadhai in circular motion so that thin layer forms on side and in middle remain thick..
- Cover and cook for few minutes on high flame..
