- Take 250 gms of Fish boneless.
- Use 3 of Big onion.
- Provide of Garlic clove – 20.
- Prepare of Ginger – 2 inch piece.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Curry masal.
- Take 1/4 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- Provide 1/2 tsp of Pepper.
- Use 1/2 tsp of Cumin.
- Take of Tomato – 1 big size.
- Prepare of Tamarind – 1 lemon size.
- Take 1 tsp of Fenugreek.
Steps to make Fish curry:
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Add – cinnamon -cloves -cumin – pepper -fennel seeds -garlic – 4 cloves -ginger -chilli powder -curry masal -coriander powder turmeric powder -coconut tamarind -onion (1) -tomato and salt to taste.
- Fry until raw smells goes.
- Let it cool and grind to smooth paste.
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Add fenugreek seeds and 2 finely chopped onions, roughly chopped garlic (15 cloves) and green chilli.
- Add the ground masala paste.
- Add water for required consistency.
- Let it boil and add the fish..
- Close and cook for 10 min.
