  5. To prepare paneer balls crumble the Paneer add Garam Masala,salt and knead to form a dough.
  6. Prepare balls out of the Paneer dough.
  7. Now make a small circular Roti of palak dough and enclose the Paneer balls in it.
  8. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the balls till the golden brown..
  9. For gravy preparation slit tomatoes from the bottom..
  10. Boil the tomato in the water.
  11. Remove the skin of the tomato.
  12. Now grind the tomatoes to make a smooth paste.
  13. Now heat up the oil in the Pan and add ajwain,Hing, curry leaves, onion,garlic paste and saute it well and add the tomato puree.
  14. Now add garam masala powder,salt 1 cup of water, red chilli powder and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  15. Now add all the fried balls in it and cook for five minutes,garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
