- Use 3 of boiled egg.
- Get 1/2 cup of dried coconut.
- Prepare 1/2 of onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste.
- Get 1 tbsp of kolhapuri masala.

Steps to make Egg Curry:
- First fry drycoconut slices an onion till it become nice brown and make paste of it. Later add ginger garlic paste and above paste in same oil as we used for frying and cook this paste for 2 mins..
- Add kolhapuri masala and 1 cup of boiling water. Add salt and cook it for 2-3 mins.
- Add half cut boiled egg in it and let it boil for another 2-3 mins. Garnish it with coriander and serve it.
